Role & Responsibilities

  1. Working in a cross-functional environment with other designers, engineers, and product managers to define and design user-friendly solutions to problems.
  2. Having a user-cantered design approach.
  3. Owning the entire design process right from discovery to execution.
  4. Define interactions and clearly communicating them to engineering teams.

Requirements

  1. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in designing for digital products.
  2. Fluency in any of the design tools Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invasion etc.
  3. Strong understanding of principles of design.
  4. Ability to articulate designs rationale based on business goals, technical feasibility, and user’s needs.
