SAP Administrator

Job Description

We are Looking for a SAP Basis Administrator with knowledge of SAP Basis Administration experience of Five Years or above who will be responsible for Administering SAP business applications using SAP Standard Tools.

Responsibilities:

Resource should have at least 4-7 years of experience in SAP Basis in LINUX/UNIX.

• Providing SAP Basis planning & support for projects & operation of environments.
• SAP new installations, NetWeaver upgrade experience are mandatory.
• Periodic Patch, Support packs, EHP upgrade experience is must.
• Involved in investigation, planning & implementation of technical upgrades
• Performing scheduled Client copy/System refreshes & quarterly maintenance
• Installation, upgrading & tuning of databases
• Backup, recovery and disaster recovery of SAP systems
• Storage/Data Management
• Performing SAP System Monitoring
• Experience managing SAP Correction and Transport System;
• Experience with SAP Authorizations
• Identification / activation of Integration points between SAP and other application
• Maintenance of procedures and methodologies for SAP and non-SAP enterprise wide systems.
• Third party software installation and support as it relates to SAP and other applications

Required Experience:

• 4-7 years SAP Basis experience
• SAP Basis Installations, Upgrades, Migrations, system copies, performance tuning
• Migrating SAP NetWeaver based solutions
• Experience with core SAP ERP, CRM, BI
• SAP Application ECC 6.0 and above required
• Experience dealing with SAP support
• Knowledge of ABAP / SQL
• DBA expertise preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP IS Retail and SAP AFS is an advantage
• Experience with any of the following SAP products is highly desirable: HANA, Hana Cloud Integration (HCI), Cloud for Customer (C4C), SAP Customer Access Repository (CAR), CRM, APO, BPC.
• Experience in monitoring SAP and non-SAP Applications with New Relic or any other observability platform.

Educational Qualification:

• BE, MCA, BTec degree or higher
• Good communication skills
