Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality. You will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring continuous improvement in project delivery. This role requires a balance of strong leadership, organizational skills, and technical knowledge to drive project success and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, including task assignments, milestones, and deadlines.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Scrum Master Duties:
    • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
    • Coach and guide teams on Agile best practices and principles to optimize team performance.
    • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
    • Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, provide status updates, and address concerns.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
    • Proactively address and resolve issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and product managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
    • Provide accurate and timely reporting on project progress, including key metrics and performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or in a similar role.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
    • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Certifications:
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification is preferred.
